Through engineering, conversation, and creativity, we can all make a brighter virtual future together.

Hi! I’m Griff (he/him), and
I’m an Engineer.

I have excellent communication skills and a passion for designing complex mechanical devices. I enjoy working with a small group of focused individuals all contributing to a greater goal.

Emotional Intelligence is incredibly important to me- I like to make my working environment a joy to work in, including for any of my collaborators. I am able to work closely with both technical and non-technical individuals.

I love to solve difficult problems with creative solutions. I have a great sense of ownership over problems I encounter, and won't let go of them until they are completed or appropriately catalogued. I have a great work ethic and a desire to make each day more productive than the last. I am resourceful and thorough, often deriving clever short-term solutions to prescient issues, while also planning ahead for deep dives to solve long term problems at their source.

I've spent years in the trenches developing a small business from just an idea into a high-tech company with a worldwide install base, and aided in the procurement of several rounds of funding. My time helping foster a crazy idea into viable small-scale production has taught me how to make real change at every level within a small organization, and allowed me hands-on time with many more things than I should have been exposed to with my limited years of experience. Being a big fish in a small pond, I have worn many hats in the short time I've been a working professional, and I know that all of them require a generous helping of understanding and communication.

I have had the ability and opportunity to represent the products I have worked on in front of real people. I bring empathy to every interaction I am a part of, and believe in the importance of listening.

I am open to new career opportunities, and I am actively seeking a new role. If you’re interested in getting to know me better, message me on LinkedIn or my email inbox at: griffbrunner@gmail.com
